Refund Process:

Find the order you want to refund and click "Request a Refund".
Select the reason for the refund and fill in the relevant information.
Submit your refund request.
Refund Processing:
We will review your refund request within 1-3 business days of receiving it.
Once approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.
The refund may take longer to process depending on your bank or payment platform.
Please Note:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
The refund amount will not include the shipping costs you paid.
If you received the item as a gift, the refund amount will be refunded to the original payer of the gift.
