Refund policy

We are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a refund.

Refund Conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Some items may not be eligible for a refund, such as customized items, sale items, etc. Please refer to the product page for details.

Refund Process:

  1. Log in to your The Bijou Box account.

  2. Find the order you want to refund and click "Request a Refund".

  3. Select the reason for the refund and fill in the relevant information.

  4. Submit your refund request.

Refund Processing:

  • We will review your refund request within 1-3 business days of receiving it.

  • Once approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • The refund may take longer to process depending on your bank or payment platform.

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • The refund amount will not include the shipping costs you paid.

  • If you received the item as a gift, the refund amount will be refunded to the original payer of the gift.
